Hello, See not every Internal Combustion Engine powered cars have the feature of pre-heating. It is a feature only available in High-End cars like Kia Telluride, Kia Seltos, Hyundai Palisade, Hyundai Santa Fe, Hyundai Sonata, MG Hector/Baojun 530, Mercedes E Class, Mercedes S Class, Mercedes GLE, Mercedes GLS, Mercedes GLB, Mercedes GLC, BMW 5 Series, BMW 6 Series GT, BMW 7 Series, BMW X5, BMW X6, BMW X7, BMW X4, etc. This feature is not available in mid-segment cars like Hyundai i30, i20, Hyundai Verna/Accent, Honda City Sedan, Suzuki Ciaz, Toyota Yaris, Skoda Laura, Volkswagen Virtus, Volkswagen Vento, Volkswagen Polo or other low-segmnet/entry level cars like Hyundai i10, Suzuki S-Cross, Suzuki Baleno, Suzuki S Presso, Vauxhall Corsa, etc. Now if you are having an electric car which have the full Connected Car Features with Smartphone controlled lock/unlock, engine start/stop, then you pre-heat the car before driving. Or you can just simply switch on the heater manually before your journey. One thing which you have to ensure is that your car should have adequate charge in the battery.

Engine ranges from a 1.6 liter turbo engine up to a 4L V8 twin turbo engine in AMG Versions, including diesel versions, v6s and 2 liter ones in between. None of these are shared with those present in the previous segment, thus, different reliabilities. E Segment: E / coupe / convertible GLE / COUPE (SUVs) F Segment: S / coupe / convertible GLS (SUV) Luxury,: Maybach Hardcore all terrain: G CLASS Sport coupes: AMG GT coupe / Roadster / 4 Door SL SLC Now, considering this… Which kind of Mercedes are you referring to? And from that kind… What engine version? Normal models? Amg models? AWD? Automatic? Manual? It doesn’t make sense to make a generalization or to talk based on 1 single car / model.
